Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. - Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These notices must be followed by the passengers themselves. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous article). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, airport-city or airport-hotel transfers are the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading to the requested ticket if availability exists, the difference specified by the airline may need to be paid and the ticket may need to be moved from the group class to an upgradeable economy class. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls.
