Cancellation and Refund Policy

This page describes the general application process for tour services offered through indirimliturlar.com. The cancellation, change and refund conditions for each tour are also shown in the relevant tour program, the pre-information text and the package tour contract approved during booking. Mandatory legal provisions remain reserved.

1. Cancellation or Change Request

You may submit your request together with your reservation number and contact details to info@indirimliturlar.com or to our support line at +90 850 309 39 29. The date the request is received is the date it reaches the Company's records.

2. Conditions of the Tour Provider

Cancellation and change charges may vary depending on the time remaining until the departure date, the nature of the tour, the rules of the transportation and accommodation providers, and the approved contract. The exact conditions are presented to the user before booking.

3. Refund Process

Where a refund is due, the amount is calculated in accordance with the approved contract, the rules of the relevant provider and applicable legislation. Refunds are made, as far as possible, to the payment method used. Transfer times to the account arising from the bank or payment institution may vary.

4. Cancellation or Material Change by the Company

If the tour cannot be organized, a material change is made to the program, or compelling reasons arise, the user will be notified of suitable options and of the rights arising from legislation.

5. Force Majeure and Extraordinary Circumstances

Natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, official authority decisions, transport cancellations or similar unforeseeable circumstances are assessed within the framework of the relevant package tour contract and applicable legislation.
