Within the scope of our services, identity and contact information, membership and reservation information, travel preferences, request and complaint records, transaction security and website usage information may be processed.

Your personal data may be processed for the purposes of carrying out membership and reservation transactions, managing request and support processes, arranging necessary organization with tour providers, fulfilling legal obligations, ensuring information security, and managing disputes and customer satisfaction processes. Your personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary for providing the service, with tour operators, airlines, hotels, transfer and insurance service providers, banks and payment institutions, communication and IT infrastructure providers, authorized public institutions, and legally authorized persons.

Data may be collected electronically through the website, membership and reservation forms, call center, e-mail, WhatsApp, cookies and integrated services. Where explicit consent is required, your explicit consent is obtained separately.
6. Your Rights Under KVKK
In accordance with Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed, request deletion or destruction when the legal conditions are met, request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, object to a result that is against you arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
