Day 1: Samsun - Sharm El Sheikh
Meet at the FREEBIRD Airlines counter in front of the Samsun Çarşamba Airport International Departures Terminal at 13:45. After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart on a special FREEBIRD Airlines flight to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination, at 16:45. Upon arrival at local time 18:45, proceed to our hotel. After check-in, settle into your rooms. You will be informed by our guide about tours and activities you can do in Sharm El Sheikh. Later in the day, you can enjoy the activities at your hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 4: Sharm El Sheikh - Cairo
In the morning, after an early breakfast, we set off for Cairo, the capital of Egypt. Following a pleasant journey lasting approximately 7 hours, upon our arrival, we will have the opportunity to visit major tourist attractions during our panoramic city tour, including the Citadel of Cairo, Muhammad Ali Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Al-Rifa'i Mosque, Anwar Sadat's Mausoleum, Al-Azhar Mosque, Museum of Islamic Art, Cairo Tower, Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square. After the city tour, there will be free time. Guests who wish may optionally join the Dinner Cruise on the Nile, which will be organized separately. Overnight at our hotel.

During our boat tour on the Nile River, we will enjoy dinner accompanied by live music while taking in the lights and night views of Cairo. Hotel transfer to the boat, dinner, live music, and belly dance show are included in the price. Drinks consumed during the meal are extra.
Day 5: Cairo - Samsun
In the morning, we check out after an early breakfast. We are transferred to the airport at the time determined by our guide. After ticket and customs procedures, we fly with FREEBIRD Airlines' special flight to Samsun at 14:15. Our arrival time is 16:00.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices for optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is fewer than 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the dates of optional tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- Prices for optional tours may change depending on the density in the destination or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to optional tours.
- When only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
- Guests must inform the guide of optional tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the optional tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the local supplier's final decision.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, İndirimli Turlar will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's commentary from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
- İndirimli Turlar is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the relevant day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transportation or on foot at locations with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency in order to avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences. Old or worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations cannot be made using old-style currency that banks will not accept.
- As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS
- At the time of reservation, the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below must be communicated to guests. İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their airline flight from Turkey may not be operated. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger and İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
- İndirimli Turlar acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; İndirimli Turlar has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. İndirimli Turlar only undertakes the role of intermediary. İndirimli Turlar has no obligation or responsibility for personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When İndirimli Turlar submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent travel.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the İndirimli Turlar Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport showing that the visa was not used within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa independently and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the agreement, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A CHANGE IN FLIGHT TIME AND HOTEL CHANGE.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block one subject to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number exactly as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Whether or not obtained from İndirimli Turlar, our guests must have an international travel and health insurance policy beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is imposed because the guest did not carry travel insurance, responsibility lies with the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being denied entry at the border. Since this situation is beyond İndirimli Turlar' control, the parties acknowledge that İndirimli Turlar has no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in excursions organized along the route to provide economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, İndirimli Turlar is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may not take place or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot take place.
- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and flights are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in the relevant case.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Guests must monitor this information themselves. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in such a case, responsibility lies with the guest. If they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, airport-city or airport-hotel transfers are the guest's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline's flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an upgradeable economy class. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is enabled for international calls and roaming.
- When leaving the means of transport you use or the hotels where you stay, whether temporarily or permanently, during your trip, please make sure that you have collected all your belongings.
- İndirimli Turlar may, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, without altering the content of the program.
- İndirimli Turlar reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
- Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a notarized consent from their father; traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of such consent.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
