Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or the airline may not allow them to fly from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the guests' responsibility.
- İndirimli Turlar acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and İndirimli Turlar has no responsibility whatsoever if the passenger cannot obtain a visa. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the İndirimli Turlar Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date, proving that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained the visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa agency, and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the plane lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contracting, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.

Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a guest is subject to such a fine because they did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.

Since this matter is beyond İndirimli Turlar' control, the parties acknowledge that İndirimli Turlar bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the economic and time benefit of the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.

City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. - Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Guests must follow this information themselves. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. If they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline's flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade before performing the upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
