Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.

If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company, and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a guest is subject to such a fine for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or one or more countries, or being unable to enter through the border gate. Since this situation is beyond the control of İndirimli Turlar, the parties acknowledge that İndirimli Turlar bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route in order to provide the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. - Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from that of the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability exists, before upgrading the requested ticket, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
