- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for a new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. - Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
