Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their airline may not operate their flight from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed; if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any resulting obstacle belongs to the guests.

If the guest obtained the visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. - Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by the passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous provision). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. If they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, airport-city or airport-hotel transportation is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s relevant flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in a group class, if availability exists, before upgrading the requested ticket, it may be necessary to pay the fare difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls and roaming.
