Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they intend to visit and/or their flight from Turkey may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger and İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any resulting issue belongs to the guests.

- When İndirimli Turlar submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. - Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the İndirimli Turlar Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they prove with their passport within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiration date that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may change during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A CHANGE IN FLIGHT TIME AND HOTEL CHANGE.

- Whether obtained from İndirimli Turlar or not, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility for any such fine belongs to our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond the control of İndirimli Turlar, the parties acknowledge that İndirimli Turlar bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our trip will continue.

City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, İndirimli Turlar is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. - Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (as stated in the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's flight, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline's relevant flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class eligible for an upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
