In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, the situation is the responsibility of the guests.

- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and obtain their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed due to missing the group's departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. - Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets are issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference at the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class before performing the upgrade. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
