İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guests are deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or their flight from Turkey may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
- İndirimli Turlar acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; İndirimli Turlar has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. İndirimli Turlar only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. İndirimli Turlar has no liability or sanction in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When İndirimli Turlar applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the İndirimli Turlar Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport proving that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- There may be changes to the routes depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the agreement, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.

Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Whether obtained from İndirimli Turlar or not, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a guest is subject to such a fine for not carrying their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond İndirimli Turlar’ control, the parties acknowledge that İndirimli Turlar has no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, İndirimli Turlar is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or their prices may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in such cases.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for a new ticket themselves (as stated in the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after their tickets have been issued. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class eligible for an upgrade before performing the upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls and roaming.
- When temporarily or permanently leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
