Dominating the Mardin Plain, this monastery features historic courtyards and church sections that we explore with our guide, discovering its key areas. We listen to the story of Deyrulzafaran, which has held a significant place in the region's faith and cultural life for centuries. Next, we head towards Dara Ancient City. The first stop of the day is Göbeklitepe, one of the oldest monumental structures known in human history. With a history dating back approximately 12,000 years, Göbeklitepe changes our understanding of history; its T-shaped pillars, animal figures, and mysterious structures offer important clues about humanity's transition to settled life. We visit this unique archaeological site accompanied by our guide's explanations. Then, we turn our route to Harran, which stands out with its unique architecture and ancient living culture.
