If optional tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.

- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, İndirimli Turlar will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites.
- İndirimli Turlar is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted when local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on roads that are closed or at locations where vehicle access is not permitted.

İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
- İndirimli Turlar acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and İndirimli Turlar bears no responsibility whatsoever for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. İndirimli Turlar only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. İndirimli Turlar has no liability or enforcement responsibility for individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When İndirimli Turlar applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the İndirimli Turlar Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport within 1 week at the latest from the visa expiry date to prove that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft will land. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contracting, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will block one according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.

- During reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
- Whether obtained from İndirimli Turlar or not, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a guest incurs such a fine because they did not carry travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond İndirimli Turlar' control, the parties acknowledge that İndirimli Turlar bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits during the visit agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be held on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, İndirimli Turlar is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may not take place or prices may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be conducted.
- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and the outbound and return flights are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in such cases.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by the individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as stated in the previous article, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after their tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
