Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.

If the guest obtained the visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. - Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline before upgrading the requested ticket and to transfer the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade.
