If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

Additionally, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline before upgrading the requested ticket and moving it from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
