Day 1: Diyarbakır / Sharm El Sheikh
Meet at the FREEBIRD Airlines counter in front of the Diyarbakır Airport International Departures Terminal at 18:30. After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart on the special FREEBIRD flight to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination, at 21:30. Upon arrival at local time 22:00, proceed to our hotel. After check-in, settle into your rooms. You will be informed by our guide about tours and activities you can do in Sharm El Sheikh. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 2: Sharm El Sheikh
In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Guests who wish can join our additional Sea Scope (Marine Observation) or ATV Desert Safari tours. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 3: Sharm El Sheikh - Cairo
In the morning, after having breakfast early, we will check out from our hotels and embark on a pleasant 7-hour journey to Cairo, the capital of Egypt. Upon arrival in Cairo, we will have the opportunity to visit major tourist attractions during our panoramic city tour, including the Citadel of Cairo, Muhammad Ali Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Al-Shafi'i Mosque, Anwar Sadat's Mausoleum, Al-Azhar Mosque, the Museum of Islamic History, the Cairo Tower, Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square. After the city tour, we will check into our hotel for overnight stay.
Day 4: Cairo
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish may join our additional tours. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 5: Cairo - Hurghada
In the morning, after breakfast taken early, we check out from our hotels and depart from Cairo, the capital of Egypt, towards the exotic holiday destination Hurghada. After a pleasant journey lasting approximately 7 hours, we arrive in Hurghada in the afternoon and check into the hotel. Guests who wish may optionally join our evening tour. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 6: Hurghada
In the morning, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel after breakfast. By 12:00, we will check out by vacating our rooms. Guests who wish may join the additional tours that will be organized. Transfer to the airport at the time determined by the guide.
EXTRA TOUR: Luxor Tour // $135 USD per adult – $95 USD per child
The Luxor region, where you can see many of the most important monuments of mysterious Egyptian history, is located just 3.5 hours from Hurghada. In this tour, we will depart early in the morning from our hotel and return in the evening, visiting Karnak Temple, Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, the Colossi of Memnon, and the Nile Delta, among the world's rarest historical and natural treasures, accompanied by our expert guide. We will have lunch at a local restaurant during our tour. This tour includes lunch and museum entrance fees.
Day 7: Hurghada / Diyarbakır
After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with the FREEBIRD special service begins at 07:45. Upon arrival at 09:00 local time, our journey ends. We look forward to seeing you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the advantageous excursion package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional demand or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, İndirimli Turlar will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
- İndirimli Turlar is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the sites to be visited on the relevant day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible, in cases of closed roads or locations where vehicle access is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so they are not affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS
- At the time of booking, the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below must be communicated to guests. İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or the airline may not allow them to fly from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
- İndirimli Turlar acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and İndirimli Turlar has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. İndirimli Turlar only undertakes the role of an intermediary agency. İndirimli Turlar has no obligation or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When İndirimli Turlar applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any situation that may prevent boarding.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the İndirimli Turlar Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date to prove that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company, and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will make the allocation depending on availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- During the reservation/registration, the first name and surname, date of birth and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
- Whether or not our guests obtain it from İndirimli Turlar, they must have overseas travel and health insurance that begins one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a guest is subject to such a fine because they did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being denied entry at a border crossing. As this situation is beyond İndirimli Turlar' control, the parties acknowledge that İndirimli Turlar has no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits accept that they will wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be held on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, İndirimli Turlar is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
- Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and the outbound and return flights are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in the relevant case.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Guests must monitor this information themselves. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, a round-trip ticket according to the previous article). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket if availability exists, the difference specified by the airline may need to be paid and the ticket moved from the group class to the economy class eligible for an upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls and incoming calls.
- When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
- In cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, İndirimli Turlar may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program.
- İndirimli Turlar reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
- Children under the age of 18 must obtain a consent form from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both their mother and father if traveling with a third person. İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.

On this excursion, we will depart from our hotel early in the morning and return in the evening. Accompanied by our expert guide, we will explore in detail the world’s rarest historical and natural treasures, including Luxor Temple, Karnak Temple, the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, the Colossi of Memnon, and the Nile Delta.
