- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

If the guest obtained their visa by their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. - Whether or not obtained from İndirimli Turlar, our guests must have international travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. - Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Guests must follow this information themselves. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (as per the previous article, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their airline tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided there is availability on the relevant airline's flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for an upgrade before performing the requested upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
