- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued, provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the fare difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade.
