- To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient for us to have Euros.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the tour. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the departure date. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from authorities in Turkey and work leave certificates submitted with the participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services abroad.
- Our tour program is organized subject to a minimum number of participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 15 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by İndirimli Turlar.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. In these rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, tour participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.
- İndirimli Turlar acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be delays on scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing trip and flight. İndirimli Turlar is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or airport service fees.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of at least 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, tobacco, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons; Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of spirits (spirits containing more than 22% alcohol, excluding wine and champagne); Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of spirits (spirits containing less than 22% alcohol, including wine and champagne); Perfume: 600 ml; Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items; Chocolate and Sweets: 2 kg; Coffee: 1 kg; Tea: 1 kg.
- In the tour program, guides may make changes to the itinerary while ensuring that all places specified in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by İndirimli Turlar 2 days before the tour departure.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities and conducted via vehicle with guide commentary, excluding entry to museums and historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not be carried out by local authorities on the designated day and time due to closures, events, closed roads, or impossible conditions due to weather. In such cases, İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicle access is restricted or roads are closed.
- Waiting times at customs gates crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by our local partner İndirimli Turlar with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If this number is not met, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra tours may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in air tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website before the flight.
- İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for passengers failing to board their flights because they did not arrive at the specified airport at the times notified by İndirimli Turlar for tour participation, failed to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completed them on time but did not board the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour, as well as all transfer costs in the destination area, are borne by the passengers themselves.
- Vehicle types used in our tours are classified according to the number of passengers as follows. Based on the number of participants in each tour, the following vehicle types are assigned:
