- At the time of booking, it is mandatory to communicate to guests the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below. İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all provisions in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their airline may not allow them to board from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger and İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed; if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any impediment belongs to the guests.
- İndirimli Turlar acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when it deems necessary; İndirimli Turlar bears no responsibility whatsoever if the passenger cannot obtain a visa. İndirimli Turlar only undertakes the role of intermediary. İndirimli Turlar has no obligation or responsibility regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When İndirimli Turlar applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting issue that could prevent boarding.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the İndirimli Turlar Visa Department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport within no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date to prove that the visa was not used. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa agency, and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of contract and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT-TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will allocate it subject to availability.

Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties for flight-ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
- Whether obtained from İndirimli Turlar or not, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or one or more countries, or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is outside İndirimli Turlar’ control, the parties acknowledge that İndirimli Turlar bears no responsibility in such circumstances.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, İndirimli Turlar is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. - Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the passengers. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket (if necessary, a round-trip ticket in accordance with the previous clause). The guest may also partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and if there is availability on the relevant airline’s relevant flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- Before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls and roaming in order to use your mobile phones abroad.
