- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline after their tickets have been issued. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to an economy class eligible for an upgrade.
