Day 1 | Istanbul (SAW) – Zurich
Meet at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal at 09:45. After baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Zurich at 12:45 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC949. Upon arrival in Zurich at 13:50, we begin our panoramic city tour. Highlights of the tour include Bahnhofstrasse, Fraumünster Church, Grossmünster Cathedral, Limmat River, and the Old Town area. After the city tour, there is free time. Guests who wish may join an optional Zurich Lake Boat Tour & Lindt Chocolate World (85 Euro) tour. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

We embark on a pleasant boat tour on Lake Zurich to discover its unique views. After exploring the city from the water amidst the lake's peaceful atmosphere and Alpine scenery, we step into the magical world of world-famous Swiss chocolate. At Lindt Chocolate World, we explore the story of chocolate while enjoying a variety of delicious flavors.
Day 2 | Zurich – Lucerne – Bern – Geneva
After breakfast, we head to Geneva. Guests who wish can join the Luzern & Bern Tour (35 Euro) as an extra tour along the way. After our tour, we continue to Geneva. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Luzern & Bern Tour – Per Person: 35 Euro
We begin our tour in Luzern to explore two beautiful cities that resemble postcards from Switzerland. In this city, which enchants with its lake, historic wooden bridges, and mountain views, we enjoy a delightful exploration. Then, we move on to Bern, the capital of Switzerland, experiencing its medieval streets stretching to the present day, elegant squares, and the atmosphere of the historic city center listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Day 3 | Geneva
After breakfast, we will conduct our panoramic city tour of Geneva. During the tour, the United Nations Building, Jet d'Eau Fountain, Flower Clock, English Gardens, Mont Blanc Bridge, and Lake Geneva are among the places to be seen. After the city tour, there is free time. Guests who wish can join the Annecy Fairy Tale Town Tour (85 Euro). After the free time provided, we return to Geneva. Overnight at our hotel.

We set off on a delightful exploration towards Annecy, which looks like it has come straight out of fairy tales, nestled at the foot of the French Alps. In this enchanting town, famous for its turquoise lake, colorful historic houses, flower-adorned canals, and romantic streets, we experience unforgettable moments. Alongside the unique views of Lake Annecy, we fully feel the peaceful atmosphere of the French Alps.
Day 4 | Geneva
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the Montreux – Lausanne – Vevey Tour (95 Euro). Return to the hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.

We set off to explore the beautiful cities along Lake Geneva in Switzerland. Our first stop is the famous Montreux, with its breathtaking views of the lake and the Alps. Then we discover Lausanne, one of Switzerland's historic and cultural cities, and in the final stop of our tour, we enjoy a pleasant stroll in Vevey, enchanted by its vineyards and lake views. We spend an unforgettable day alongside the unique atmosphere of Lake Geneva. Our last stop is Lausanne, headquarters of the International Olympic Committee. Lausanne Cathedral, Ouchy Port, and the lakeside are among the places to visit.
Day 5 | Geneva – Istanbul (SAW)
After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures and then transfer to the airport at the time specified by our guide. Following baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 14:15 on Pegasus Airlines' scheduled flight PC954. With our arrival in Istanbul at 19:20, our tour concludes.

*IMPORTANT NOTES*
Visa regulations for citizens of the Republic of Turkey traveling to Switzerland vary depending on their passport type. Turkish citizens holding ordinary (red) passports must obtain a valid Schengen visa for travel to Switzerland. Turkish citizens holding special (green), service (gray), and diplomatic (black) passports are exempt from visas for tourist visits to Switzerland.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from Advantageous Tour package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. In case of participation below 10 people, changes may occur in tour prices or they may be conducted by metro. Our guide may make changes to the dates of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- In cases where only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the drop-off area. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding services will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a situation, information will be provided by the Operator 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible to conduct due to closures of places to be visited by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, road closures on the route due to any event, or weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations available below. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with T.C. green passports must renew their passports if the issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a situation, responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is required that said passports be renewed and, if the country applies visa requirements to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.
- The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when deemed necessary. The Operator has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no penalty or liability. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When the Operator submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent boarding due to such errors.
- The documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally take 1 working day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. In case of failure to do so, the Operator is not responsible for possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own resources and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and hotels may show variations during high season or special periods due to availability, so similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel based on availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
- Breakfasts offered at hotels are continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Whether obtained from the Operator or not, our guests must definitely have a foreign travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering a fine due to not carrying travel insurance, responsibility lies with our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another/single/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the parties accept that the Operator bears no responsibility in such cases.
- To provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content does not change. In such a situation, the Operator is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or there may be price changes.
- Tours or trips that are not allowed to be visited or accessed for any reason by local authorities will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
- Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats and are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. In case of missing and/or not using the outbound flight, the return flight will also automatically expire. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and obtain their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may miss part or all of the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest goes to the relevant city/country via a flight different from the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with their mileage can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline company after the tickets are issued. Since aircraft seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference at the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class before upgrading. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving briefly or entirely.
- The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
- The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the Operator cannot be held liable.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
