In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger; the Operator cannot assume any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is required that said passports be renewed and, if the country applies visa requirements to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the passenger.

Any price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
