Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger. - Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms. - When İndirimli Turlar submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent travel. - Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Otherwise, İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for possible disruptions. - If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the İndirimli Turlar Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport showing that the visa was not used within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue. - Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, İndirimli Turlar is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may not take place or the price may change. - Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot take place. - The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and flights are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in the relevant case. - Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Guests must monitor this information themselves. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause).
