If passports and required documents are submitted completely, AGENCY will assist with visa applications. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory.
AGENCY is not responsible for any problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of required documents for the visa.
Having obtained a visa does not guarantee entry into that country. The passport police have the authority to deny entry. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger.
In hotels, triple rooms may have an extra bed which might be smaller than a standard bed. Some hotels do not offer a third bed arrangement. In packages working with such hotels, AGENCY will inform guests during the sales process.
Child prices are valid only on the condition that children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th person. For the 0-2 years child application, the child must not have reached 2 years of age by the tour return date; for the 3-12 years child application, the child must not have reached 12 years of age by the tour return date.
AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.
In case of insufficient participation in the tour, AGENCY will notify guests of cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
AGENCY acts as an intermediary between passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change prior to departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure date. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
Domestic low-cost flights include a 20 kg baggage allowance.
AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided the category remains the same.
Extra tours are organized subject to a minimum participation requirement. If participation is insufficient, they cannot be organized. In cases where the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement made.
Guests who will not participate in extra tours along the route will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before city entrances.
Tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
In case of cancellation and changes, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" applies.
During the cruise, two of your evening meals are formal dinners. It is recommended that every male guest wishing to dine there has at least one suit, and female guests have at least one evening gown.
During the cruise, the restaurants and tables assigned to our group for evening meals will be predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, everyone will sit at their predetermined locations from the first meal to the last meal on the ship.
During check-in for the ship, every passenger (only one person per couple) must present a credit card to the ship reception or deposit cash when receiving cabin keys. Cash is not used anywhere on the ship except in the casino. On the ship, EUR currency and credit cards are accepted. You can view all your expenses via the televisions in your cabins.
Bringing alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc., onto the ship is strictly prohibited.
At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags of specific colors will be sent to you along with your cruise tickets for all our group's luggage. These tags must be attached to your luggage at the cruise port.
Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is a situation caused by congestion and crowds, which is definitely the ship's responsibility. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential items for the first day in a small handbag and carry them with you.
You must strictly adhere to the ship's departure times. At ports, boarding must be completed no later than 60 minutes before the ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such situations.
At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage, attach the labels that will be left in your cabins one night in advance, and leave them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the designated station. WE URGENTLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS PICK UP AND CHECK THEIR OWN LUGGAGE.

ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. PASSENGERS WHO DO NOT HAVE PRINTED COPIES OF THE TICKETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY/SHIP.

Day 1 ISTANBUL – TURIN - GENOA
Meeting at the Turkish Airlines counter in front of the Istanbul New Airport International Departures Terminal at 04:30. We depart for Turin on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1309 at 07:30. After our arrival at 09:30 local time, we board our waiting bus and head towards Genoa port. After check-in procedures, you will have free time to settle into your cabins. Our ship will depart from the port at 16:30.

Day 2 AT SEA
On this day spent cruising at sea, you can spend your time enjoying the ship's open and closed pools, activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at duty-free shops. Additionally, you may enjoy fun times at the bar with shows and music, or try your luck in the casino.

Day 3 BARCELONA
Our ship will dock at Barcelona port at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the "Barcelona City Tour" organized by our guides as an extra service. Starting our city tour from the port with our private vehicle, we begin a panoramic tour of Barcelona, one of Europe's most beautiful metropolises. During our city tour, first,
Sagrada Familia is among the places visible from the outside. Then La Rambla Street, Cristoforo Colombo Monument, Maremagnum Artificial Port, Catalunya Square, Paseu de Gracia street where Gaudi's houses have been converted into a street museum, and his masterpiece Sagrada Familia are among the places we will see. Afterward, after free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00 in the evening.

Day 4 ALICANTE
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the "Alicante City Tour" organized by our guides as an extra service. Starting our city tour from the port with our private vehicle, after exploring historical and cultural sites, we will have free time for shopping and then return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00 in the evening.

Day 5 GIBRALTAR
Our ship will dock at Gibraltar port, located in the Gulf of Gibraltar at the southern tip of the Iberian Peninsula, at 10:00 in the morning. After breakfast served on board, guests who wish may join the Gibraltar Tour organized as an extra service. Casemates Square, Upper Rock Nature Reserve, and Siege Tunnels (Great Sieve Tunnels) are among the places we will see. After the tour, there will be free time for shopping before transfer back to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00.

Day 6 CADIZ
Our ship will dock at Cadiz port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast served on board, guests who wish may join the Cadiz & Sevilla Tour organized as an extra service. First, we go to Seville, the most important city in Southern Spain and the capital of the Andalusia region. With the panoramic city introduction tour we will do here; the cathedral that began construction in the 15th century on the site of the old Great Mosque from the Umayyad period, the royal residence Alcazar where Arab Gothic and Renaissance style palaces rise side by side, the fortress known as the Golden Tower dating back to the 13th century, many medieval churches, St. Paula Monastery, and the Town Hall are among the places to see. After completing our city tour, we return to Cadiz, take a short tour introducing the city, and arrive at our ship. Transfer to our ship after the tour. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00.

Day 7 AT SEA
On this day spent cruising at sea, you can spend your time enjoying the ship's open and closed pools, activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at duty-free shops. Additionally, you may enjoy fun times at the bar with shows and music, or try your luck in the casino.

Day 8 LA CORUNA
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast served on board, guests who wish may join the La Coruna Tour organized as an extra service. Located on a cape at the mouth of a fjord on the Atlantic Ocean coast, it offers visitors magnificent views of the bay and the ocean. This tour gives you the opportunity to explore this pleasant Spanish city and see its main historical structures, such as typical 18th-century buildings designed with glass balconies as a solution to the region's weather conditions. After passing Mendez Núñez Gardens, a photo stop will be made at the Hercules Lighthouse, an ancient lighthouse that has been in continuous service since Roman times, before arriving at the city center for the walking tour. Before returning to our ship, you will have free time to visit various places on your own, including the city's wonderfully preserved historic district. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00.

Day 9 BILBAO
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests who wish may join the extra "Bilbao City Tour" organized by our guides. As the largest city in the Basque Region serving as the capital of Bizkaia province, Bilbao has much to offer, from its enthusiastic high-tech architecture and inspiring museums to its friendly residents. Bilbao (Bilbo), stretching along the Río Nervión for approximately 14 km, allows you to always see the green slopes of the mountains on both sides beyond the high-rise buildings in the city center, even though urban sprawl has now filled the narrow valley. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00.

Day 10 LA ROCHELLE
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests who wish may join the extra "La Rochelle City Tour" organized by our guides. Starting from the pier, embark on this enriching experience in the Charente-Maritime region with a scenic bus ride. Enjoy the tranquil beauty of the coastline stretching along the Corniche and see the peaceful Allée de Mail Park, which has been a favorite promenade spot for locals since the 18th century. The route also passes in front of St. Louis Cathedral, a graceful example of neoclassical architecture dating from the 18th century and completed in the 19th century. Upon arrival at the historic city center, we walk through the story-filled streets of the old town. As you proceed along the old cobblestone roads, passing under vaulted passages, arcades, and porticos, you will learn about the city's fascinating commercial and military heritage. La Rochelle developed as an important port city during the Middle Ages and played a key role in the Huguenot uprisings of the 17th century. The iconic towers of the old port, which survived from its walled past to the present day, silently witness centuries of maritime activity and international trade. After the guided walking tour, enjoy 45 minutes of free time in the car-free city center. This lively area hosts numerous cafes, markets, and local boutiques. Take advantage of this opportunity to taste local flavors or simply enjoy the dynamic atmosphere. Our ship will depart from the port at 15:00.

Days 11 and 12 AT SEA
On these days spent cruising at sea, you can spend your time enjoying the ship's open and closed pools, activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at duty-free shops. Additionally, you may enjoy fun times at the bar with shows and music, or try your luck in the casino.

Day 13 KIEL-HAMBURG-ISTANBUL
Our ship will dock at the port at 09:00. After having breakfast on board, we disembark. We depart for the airport with our private bus waiting for us at the port. Arrival at Hamburg Airport, after baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1664 at 18:50. Arrival in Istanbul at 23:05 local time.
