Important Notes:

• A passport valid for at least 6 months is required to cover the minimum tour duration for this tour.
• İndirimli Turlar acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline, and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests as no-show fees.
• The arrival city of the flight may vary. İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible for time changes made by the airlines or any potential delays.
• Airline rules apply to group tickets; according to group ticket regulations, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight also cannot be used.
• The general checked baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. For domestic flights within the destination countries, this allowance may be reduced to 15kg. Rules regarding excess baggage weight/fees are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of İndirimli Turlar.
• In case there is insufficient number of participants for the package tour, cancellation will be notified to the consumer 20 days in advance.
• The tour route specified in the program is an example route, and changes may occur in the actual tour itinerary. City sightseeing tours may be conducted on the following day(s) depending on the arrival time in the city. The visits specified in the programs may be carried out on a different day(s) than those indicated, at the discretion of the guide due to any reason.

• Extra tours can only be realized with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of lower participation, they may be realized at the discretion of the guide, and prices may be adjusted if necessary. İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible for the non-occurrence of these tours or visits.
• Extra tours along the route will take place only if at least 10 members of the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be waited at the rest stop.
• Tours or visits that are prohibited by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible for the non-occurrence of these tours or visits.
• Entrance fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the prices.          
• İndirimli Turlar reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the star category remains the same.
• All hotel names and similar items (and others) specified in the programs are written as examples to indicate star category and distance. This does not imply that accommodation will be made at the named hotels.
• Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement; the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional foldable/extending bed.
• If children under 18 years old (not considered adults) do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory for them to carry the required consent letters during travel.
