IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices on optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of optional tours provided that the content remains the same.
• Prices of optional tours may change depending on regional occupancy or the period. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply to optional tours.
• When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If optional tours are purchased, guiding services will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
• Guests must notify the guide of cancellations or changes to optional tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the optional tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, İndirimli Turlar will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s commentary from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. 
• İndirimli Turlar is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the scheduled day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible, in places with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency in order to avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations will not be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are intended for travel abroad, knowledge of foreign languages is the guests’ own responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS

• At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to convey to guests the tour program stated and the general terms and obligations set out below. İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed; if the country applies visas to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any impediment belongs to the guests.                    
• İndirimli Turlar acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and İndirimli Turlar has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. İndirimli Turlar only undertakes the role of intermediary. İndirimli Turlar has no enforcement or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When İndirimli Turlar applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent travel.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the İndirimli Turlar Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date to prove that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an additional bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if a suitable room is available at the hotel, the hotel will block it according to availability.
• Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate dining room.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
• Whether obtained from İndirimli Turlar or not, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a penalty is incurred because the guest did not carry travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another or multiple countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is outside İndirimli Turlar’ area of control, the parties acknowledge that İndirimli Turlar has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route in order to provide the group with economic and time benefits for the visit agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, İndirimli Turlar is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, optional tours may not take place or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible for such excursions or tours not taking place.
• The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and flights are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically cancelled. The airline’s rules apply in such cases.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by the passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous article). Furthermore, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. In addition, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for an upgrade before performing the requested upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and roaming. 
• When leaving the means of transport you use during your trip or the hotels where you stay, either temporarily or completely, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. 
• In cases of force majeure or when it deems necessary, İndirimli Turlar may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without changing the content of the program.
• İndirimli Turlar reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain a consent letter from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both their mother and father if traveling with a third person. İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
