Need to Know

IMPORTANT NOTES
•    If passports and required documents are submitted completely, the AGENCY will assist with visa applications. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
•    The AGENCY is not responsible for any problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of required documents for visas.
•    Having a visa does not guarantee entry into that country. Passport control authorities have the right to deny entry. In such cases, responsibility lies with the traveler.
•    In hotels offering triple rooms with extra beds, the third bed may be smaller than standard beds. Some hotels do not offer a third bed arrangement. For packages involving such hotels, the AGENCY will inform guests during the sales process.
•    Child prices apply only if children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th person. For the 0-2 years age category, the child must not have turned 2 years old by the tour return date. For the 3-12 years age category, the child must not have turned 12 years old by the tour return date. 
•    Due to external reasons, the AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program.
•    If there is insufficient participation for the tour, the AGENCY will notify guests of cancellation or changes at least 21 days before the tour departure.
•    The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between passengers and airlines and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol dated 28.09. U flight times may change prior to departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure date. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
•    Domestic low-cost flights include a 20 kg baggage allowance.
•    The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided the category remains the same.
•    Optional tours are organized based on a minimum participation requirement. If participation is insufficient, they cannot be held. If the number of participants is insufficient, the guide may revise the price and arrange a new schedule.
•    For optional tours along the route, guests who will not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas located before city entrances.
•    Tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
•    In case of cancellation or changes, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" applies.
•    During the cruise, two of your evening meals are formal dinners. It is recommended that every male guest wishing to dine here brings at least one suit, and female guests bring at least one evening gown.
•    During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner are predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, everyone will sit at their pre-assigned locations from the first meal to the last meal on board.
•    During check-in for the cruise, every passenger (only one person per couple) must surrender their cabin key and present a credit card to the ship reception or deposit cash. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except in the casino. The currency used on board is EUR, and credit cards are accepted. You can view all your expenses via the televisions in your cabins.
•    Bringing alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc., onto the ship is strictly prohibited.
•    At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags of specific colors will be sent to you along with your cruise tickets for all our group's luggage. These tags must be attached to your luggage at the cruise port.
•    Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is due to congestion and crowds, which is entirely the ship's responsibility. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential items for your first day on board into a small handbag and carry them with you.
•    Strict adherence to the ship's departure times is required. At ports, boarding must be completed no later than 60 minutes before the ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board. The agency will not be responsible for such situations.
•    At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage, attach the tags previously left in your cabins, and place them outside your cabin doors by 00:00. After disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the designated station. WE URGE EVERY GUEST TO PERSONALLY PICK UP AND CHECK THEIR OWN LUGGAGE.
•    ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. PASSENGERS WHO DO NOT HAVE PRINTED COPIES OF THEIR TICKETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY/SHIP.

1. Day ISTANBUL - COPENHAGEN
Meeting at the Pegasus Airlines counter in front of the Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal at 06:30. We depart for Copenhagen on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1071 at 09:35. After our arrival at 12:00 local time, we board our waiting bus and head towards the port. After check-in procedures, you will have free time to settle into your cabins. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00 in the evening.

2. Day CRUISING AT SEA
On this day spent cruising at sea, you can spend your time enjoying the ship's open and closed pools, activities like fitness and sauna, or shopping at duty-free shops. Additionally, you may enjoy fun times at the bar with shows and music, or try your luck in the casino.

3. Day GDYNIA (GDANSK-DANZIG)
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00. Guests who wish can join the "Gdynia & Gdansk Tour" organized additionally by our guide. Our journey begins to the unique beauty of Gdansk city, located on the coast of Poland's Baltic Sea. After our journey, we first move to Westerplatte, where the first bomb was dropped by the Nazis. After visiting this site, during our Gdansk city tour accompanied by our guide, we will see places such as Long Market, Golden Gate, Neptune's Statue and Fountain. We spend our free time in Gdansk. Afterwards, we continue to the location of the Lech Walesa monument. Lech Wałęsa, who led workers trying to unite after the worker resistance that started at the Gdańsk shipyards in 1970 and ended bloodily, dedicated his life to the resistance and never gave up his struggle despite being unemployed many times. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00.

4. Day VISBY / GOTLAND
Our ship will dock at Visby port at 08:00. Guests who wish can join the 'Visby City Tour' organized additionally by our guide. The city of Visby on Gotland island is one of the best-preserved medieval cities in Scandinavia and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, praised for its magnificent ancient walls and enchanting historic center. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00 in the evening.

5. Day STOCKHOLM
Our ship will dock at Stockholm port at 10:00 in the morning. Guests who wish can join the "Stockholm City Tour" organized additionally by their guide. Stockholm is probably one of the most magnificent and beautiful capitals among all Northern European countries we will visit. In fact, it is said that the magnificent city of St. Petersburg was built as a rival to Stockholm. During our tour, we will take a tour introducing this city known as the Venice of the North. To get to know this city better, which offers magnificent views from almost every corner, our tour starts with Monteliusvägen hill; Fjallgatan, Stadshuset (City Hall), Royal Palace, and the old harbor are among the places to be seen. Free time for shopping ends our tour and we return to the ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00.

6. Day CRUISING AT SEA
On this day spent cruising at sea, you can spend your time enjoying the ship's open and closed pools, activities like fitness and sauna, or shopping at duty-free shops. Additionally, you may enjoy fun times at the bar with shows and music, or try your luck in the casino.

7. Day KIEL - HAMBURG
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests who wish can join the additional "Hamburg City" tour organized by their guide. Hamburg, located in northern Germany at the southern tip of the Jutland Peninsula separating the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, is situated at the confluence of the Elbe, Alster, and Bille rivers. The city center is built around the Binnenalster and Aussenalster lakes. The city has 2,302 bridges connecting its water channels. The Hamburg Port, extending inland from the North Sea, is Europe's second-largest port and is one of the most important international trade centers. With many parks within the city, Hamburg is one of the world's top five "Green Cities." During our tour, we will see the Hamburg Philharmonic Concert Hall, St. Michaelis Church, one of the most famous churches in Northern Germany, Binnen and Aussenalster lakes, the Elbe river, St Pauli also known as Red Light Street, Reeperbahn, Fish Market, the Port area, and the City Hall, which is one of the most interesting points with its magnificent architecture. After the tour, we return to the ship; our ship will depart at 19:30.

8. Day COPENHAGEN - ISTANBUL
Our ship will dock at the port at 10:00 in the morning. After having breakfast on the ship, we disembark. We head to the airport with our private bus waiting for us at the port. Arrival at Copenhagen Airport, after baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1074 at 15:55. Arrival in Istanbul at 20:10 local time. See you again on another enjoyable trip!
