## Tour Program

### Day 1: Istanbul – Cairo

Meet at the Pegasus Airlines counter in front of the Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Departures Terminal at 20:25. After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart on Pegasus Airlines' scheduled flight PC582 to Cairo, the capital of Egypt, at 23:25.

### Day 2 / Cairo

Upon our arrival at 00:30 local time, we proceed to our hotel. After completing check-in procedures, we settle into our rooms and spend the night at our hotel.

In the morning, after breakfast, we will have the opportunity to visit major tourist attractions during a panoramic city tour at the time set by our guide, including the Cairo Citadel, Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Al-Shafi'i Mosque, Sadat's Mausoleum, Al-Azhar Mosque, Museum of Islamic History, Cairo Tower, Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square.

Following the city tour, we gather for our transfer at the time arranged by our guide to attend Shakira's Concert at the Giza Pyramids, then depart in our private vehicles. The concert, held under the mesmerizing silhouette of the pyramids, will feel like time stands still in Giza. After the concert, we return to our hotels and spend the night there.

### Day 3: Cairo - Sharm El Sheikh

After breakfast taken early in the morning, we check out from our hotels and embark on a pleasant 7-hour journey to Sharm El Sheikh, an exotic holiday resort of Egypt. Upon arrival at our hotels in Sharm El Sheikh, we complete the check-in procedures and have free time. Guests who wish can join additional tours organized separately. Overnight stay at our hotel.

### Day 4: Sharm El Sheikh

In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Guests who wish can join the tours that will be organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.

### Day 5 / Sharm El Sheikh - Istanbul

In the morning, after breakfast, transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. By 12:00, we check out and vacate our rooms. After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with Pegasus Airlines, flight number PC631, departs at 14:20. Upon arrival at 18:05 local time, our journey concludes. We look forward to seeing you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- In order to benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices for optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.

- Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of the optional tours, provided that their content remains the same.

- Prices for optional tours may change depending on regional density or the period. For optional tours, the prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.

- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding services will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.

- Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to optional tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the optional tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.

- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, İndirimli Turlar will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.

- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrances.

- İndirimli Turlar is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the scheduled day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, in locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.

- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.

- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, among other options. Hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.

- To prevent guests from being affected by exchange-rate differences, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations will not be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.

- Since our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.

GENERAL TERMS

- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to inform guests of the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below. İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.

- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they will visit and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible in any way.

- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.

- Guests’ passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any resulting impediment lies with the guests.

- İndirimli Turlar acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and İndirimli Turlar bears no responsibility for the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. İndirimli Turlar only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. İndirimli Turlar has no liability or obligation regarding individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

- When İndirimli Turlar applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding the flight.

- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for any possible disruptions.

- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the İndirimli Turlar Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.

- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.

- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.

- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate dining room.

- At the time of reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.

- Whether obtained from İndirimli Turlar or not, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance that begins one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a guest is subject to such a penalty because they did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility lies with the guest.

- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or one or more countries, or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond İndirimli Turlar’s control, the parties acknowledge that İndirimli Turlar bears no responsibility in such a case.

- For the purpose of providing the group with benefits in terms of cost and time, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.

- Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, İndirimli Turlar is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable possible alternative. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, optional tours may not take place or the price may change.

- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be conducted.

- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The rules of the relevant airline apply in such cases.

- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Guests must monitor this information themselves. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in such a case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.

- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability exists for the requested ticket, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and change the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for an upgrade before performing the upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.

- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is enabled for international calls and roaming.

- When briefly or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.

- İndirimli Turlar may, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, provided that the content of the program is not altered.

- İndirimli Turlar reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.

- İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.

- Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a notarized parental consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of such consent.

- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
