## Tour Program

### Day 1 | ISTANBUL (IST) – AMSTERDAM

We meet at Istanbul Airport International Terminal 3 hours before the flight time. After baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Amsterdam on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight.

Upon arrival in Amsterdam, we begin our panoramic city tour. During the tour, Dam Square, Royal Palace, Nieuwe Kerk (New Church), Central Station, Flower Market, Museum Square, Leidseplein, Vondelpark, and Amsterdam's world-famous canals are among the places to be seen. After the panoramic city tour, there is free time and transfer to our hotel. Guests who wish may additionally join the Amsterdam Canals Boat Tour & Red Light District Walking Tour (60 Euro). After exploring Amsterdam's canals by boat, which are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, we visit the city's historic center and the Red Light District with our guide.

### Day 2 | AMSTERDAM

Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the additional Grand Holland Tour - Zaanse Schans, Volendam & Marken (95 Euro). We visit Zaanse Schans, famous for its iconic windmills that have become a symbol of the Netherlands. Then we move to the traditional fishing village of Volendam, get up close with cheese production, and enjoy a pleasant walk along the coast. Afterwards, we explore Marken, known for its historic houses and tranquil atmosphere. After the tour, return to Amsterdam and overnight at our hotel.

### Day 3 | AMSTERDAM

Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the Giethoorn Fairy Tale Village Tour (110 Euro), which will be organized additionally. We are heading to Giethoorn, known as the Venice of the North. In this unique village without car traffic, we take a boat tour along the canals and spend an unforgettable day among wooden bridges and houses with thatched roofs. After the tour, return to Amsterdam and overnight at our hotel.

### Day 4 | AMSTERDAM – ISTANBUL (IST)

After breakfast, we complete check-out procedures and transfer to the airport according to the flight time. After baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul Airport on Turkish Airlines's scheduled flight. With our arrival in Istanbul, our tour concludes.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- To benefit from Advantageous Travel package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.

- Extra tours take place with a minimum of 15 participants. If participation is below 15 people, changes may occur in tour prices or they may be conducted by metro. Our guide may make changes to the dates of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.

- In cases where only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the designated area. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by a different guide.

- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such cases, İndirimli Turlar will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.

- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.

- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be carried out if places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot within available limits at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations listed below. İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for any complaints arising after such information has been provided. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.

- Guests traveling with a Turkish Green Passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and İndirimli Turlar cannot assume any liability.

- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; the aforementioned passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the passenger.

- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.

- İndirimli Turlar acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. İndirimli Turlar has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. İndirimli Turlar only performs its role as an intermediary institution. There is no penalty or liability for İndirimli Turlar in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

- When İndirimli Turlar submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that could prevent boarding due to such errors.

- For passengers who will apply for their own visas, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. In case of failure to do so, İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for any possible delays.

- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through İndirimli Turlar Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own resources and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

- Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and timing may change, and due to availability in high season or special periods, hotels may show variations, so similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.

- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; however, if hotels have rooms suitable for this, blocks are made by the hotel based on availability.

- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.

- Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.

- During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.

- Whether obtained from İndirimli Turlar or not, it is mandatory for our guests to have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with the guests if they encounter fines due to not carrying their travel insurance.

- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or being denied entry at the border. Since this situation is outside the control of İndirimli Turlar, it is accepted that İndirimli Turlar bears no responsibility in such cases.

- To ensure economy and time benefits for the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may accept waiting for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour concludes, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.

- Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra tours may be held on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, İndirimli Turlar is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or there may be price changes.

- Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. İndirimli Turlar cannot be held liable for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.

- Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and outbound and return flights are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.

- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and obtain their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed due to the group missing the departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country via a different flight than the group, the transfer from the area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.

- Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets have been issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference at the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from the group class to the economy class before performing the upgrade operation. The price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.

- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.

- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving temporarily or permanently.

- İndirimli Turlar may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.

- İndirimli Turlar reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.

- İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.

- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. İndirimli Turlar cannot be held liable if the flight does not take place due to lack of consent.

- General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
