IMPORTANT NOTES

- To benefit from the Advantageous Trip package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.

- Extra tours are operated with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be operated by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided that their content remains the same.

- Prices of extra tours may change depending on regional demand or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will be valid for extra tours.

- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the excursion.

- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.

- Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.

- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such a case, İndirimli Turlar will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.

- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2-3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s commentary from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological-site entrance fees.

- İndirimli Turlar is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be operated because local authorities close the places to be visited on the corresponding day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.

- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arriving airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.

- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.

- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed using old-style currency that banks will not accept.

- As our package tours are intended for international travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS

- At the time of booking, it is mandatory to communicate the tour program and the general terms and obligations below to guests. İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.

- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their airline may not allow them to depart from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger and İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible in any way.

- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.

- İndirimli Turlar acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when it deems necessary, and İndirimli Turlar has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. İndirimli Turlar undertakes only the role of intermediary. İndirimli Turlar has no undertaking or responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

- When İndirimli Turlar applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that could prevent travel.

- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers applying for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for possible disruptions.

- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the İndirimli Turlar Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they prove with their passport that they did not use the visa within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company, and İndirimli Turlar cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of contracting and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.

- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.

- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.

- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee and fruit juice.

- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.

- During reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to airline tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.

- Whether obtained from İndirimli Turlar or not, our guests must have international travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.

- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another or multiple countries or being unable to pass through a border gate. Since this matter is outside İndirimli Turlar’ control, the parties acknowledge that İndirimli Turlar has no responsibility in such a situation.

- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.

- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days without changing their content, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, İndirimli Turlar is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative available. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.

- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be operated. İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible if such excursions or tours cannot be operated.

- The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be forfeited as well. The airline’s rules apply in such cases.

- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by passengers. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, a round-trip ticket according to the previous article). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. If they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, airport-city or airport-hotel transfers are the guest’s responsibility.

- Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s relevant flight. Since the airline seats in our programs are in a group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade before performing the requested upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.

- Before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for making and receiving calls abroad so that you can use your mobile phones internationally.

- When briefly or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.

- İndirimli Turlar may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without changing the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.

- İndirimli Turlar reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.

- İndirimli Turlar is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.

- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a notarized consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both parents. İndirimli Turlar cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of such consent.

- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
